1. Custom & Personalised Items – No Returns
All custom-made and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This applies to products such as:
• Custom Die-Cut Stickers & Magnets
• Kiss-Cut Sticker Sheets
• Magnetic and Printed Bookmarks
• Mugs, Coasters, and Personalised Gifts
• Any custom product created using customer-supplied artwork
1.2 Order Amendments
Once production has begun, changes to artwork or order details cannot be made. We’re unable to offer refunds in these cases, so please double-check all files and information before placing your order.
1.3 Product Quality & Expectations
We do not provide refunds for issues related to personal taste, such as colour tone differences or small imperfections like minor lint. Only genuine defects or damage will be considered for a refund or replacement, and we may request photos to assess your claim.
1.4 How Returns Work
If your order is eligible for a return, please refer to section 1.5. You’ll need to contact us through our contact form or via email. If your case is approved, we’ll give you specific instructions for how to proceed with returning the item and details regarding any replacement or refund.
1.5 Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us straight away via one of the following options:

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll work with you to find a solution—this may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
1.6 How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please reach out to us through the Contact page. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted. After we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide detailed steps for how to proceed.
1.7 Exchanges
If we made a mistake with your order or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement. However, if you’re exchanging for any other reason, you’ll need to cover both return and re-shipping fees.
